I am the founder of Acupuncture Watford and I have been practicing since 2008.
I studied Traditional Chinese Medicine at Middlesex University; 5 Element Worsley Acupuncture at Kite Clinic & graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese medicine, which is the best British University in the field of integration of Five element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine - TCM.
I am a member of The Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC)
and a member of
European & British Branch of TOYOHARI Association and I am certified to practice Japanese Toyohari non-invasive Acupuncture.
I have a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from Institute of Counselling, and diploma in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) from Dominic Beirne.
I also have a certificate from University of Winchester in Plant-Based Nutrition.
I have also studied Non Violent Communication (NVC),
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) & completed training with the Samaritans.
These experiences gave me great insight into the human mind and its' effect on the body.
It also equipped me with the skills to assist clients to transform their minds & free them from trauma & limiting core believes.
This internal process empowers people to reach their full potential and move forward.
